Pre-order rules:

  • To place a pre-order you pay EUR 1 per item in reservation costs. As soon as the allocation or the prices of a set are known, we will not charge reservation costs, but the full amount.
  • The amount paid for your pre-order will be deducted from the final sales price.
  • Unclaimed pre-orders will not be refunded.
  • As soon as the allocation is known, we will send you a payment link/request to pay for your pre-order in full.
  • If your pre-order cannot be delivered, we will cancel your pre-order and refund your reservation costs free of charge.
  • If Disney/Ravensburger comes out with a new product, we will offer it for pre-order as soon as it is available.

Useful to know:

  • We are often cheaper than most (online) stores.
  • Within NL & BE Free shipping on orders over EUR 75. Rest of EU FREE shipping on orders over EUR 250.
  • Be smart. Wait two weeks and you will get the products much cheaper.
