You can place a pre-order by adding the desired product to your shopping cart and completing the checkout process. For each pre-order you pay €1 per item as reservation fee. As soon as the allocation or the final price of a set is known, we will send you a payment link/request to pay the full amount.
The amount paid for the reservation costs (€1 per item) will be deducted from the final sales price as soon as it is known.
If your pre-order cannot be delivered, we will cancel the pre-order and refund your reservation fee of €1 per item free of charge.
Pre-orders are non-refundable. When you place a pre-order, you commit to purchasing the product once full payment has been made.
In case of a delay of a release we will let you know by email. You have the option to wait or cancel the pre-order for a refund of your reservation fee (or the full amount paid).
Starter sets, playmats, sleeves and deck boxes are often made in two or more variants. When placing a pre-order, we assume that you will purchase both (all) variants, unless multiple variants are available as separate pre-orders. In that case, this obligation does not apply. Yes, we are often cheaper than most (online) stores. In addition, we offer free shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium for orders above €75. For the rest of the EU, shipping is free for orders above €250.
