Pre-order rules:

To place a pre-order you pay EUR 1 per item in reservation costs. As soon as the allocation or the prices of a set are known, we will not charge reservation costs, but the full amount.
The amount paid for your pre-order will be deducted from the final sales price.
Unclaimed pre-orders will not be refunded.
As soon as the allocation is known, we will send you a payment link/request to pay for your pre-order in full.
If your pre-order cannot be delivered, we will cancel your pre-order and refund your reservation costs free of charge.
If Disney/Ravensburger comes out with a new product, we will offer it for pre-order as soon as it is available.
